Depositing research outputs in Symplectic Online
This workshop will take place on Microsoft Teams.
This workshop is aimed at doctoral students and academic staff who are producing and publishing research outputs
Depositing your research outputs in Symplectic is key to ensuring that they meet funder and REF open access policy requirements. Timely depositing also means that your outputs will be fed into your researcher profiles and the Institutional Repository, ensuring that they are discoverable and citable.
In this practical session we will help you to:
- Understand what version of an output you need to deposit and when.
- Understand how to comply with funder and REF open access policies.
- How to deposit practice-based research outputs.
