The winter break 2025: click and collect requests

Click and Collect requests placed between 19 December 2025 and 5 January 2026 will take longer to process due to the winter break. You will receive an email when your items are ready to collect.

Opening hours

Ground, first and second floors are open 24 hours.

Third and fourth floors are open 9am - 11pm.
